We accept returns of unwashed and unworn bags with tags attached within 15 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and shipping costs are not refundable.
Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same payment method in the next 7 days from the day of the taking over.
